Deli Implementation Example

NGI Deli is a single point establishment in a suburban shopping center. Primarily an establishment that caters to the lunch crowd, competition comes not only from other area locally owned restaurants but also from the larger chains.

LetarisCare Basic was the level of product selected for implementation. It provided NGI Deli with basic customer retention features, it was easy to implement in a fast-food environment and it provided the best ROI.

Earning Incentives

Consumers are asked for their cards at time of payment.

After order is totaled, the cashier swipes the card through the special LetarisCare terminal provided.

The cashier enters a security code and the sale amount.

LetarisCare does the rest: tracks the number of the visit and awards a consumer a free sandwich at the appropriate interval.

The terminal generates a receipt that is used to remind the consumer of the extra value in returning to NGI Deli.

Once the free sandwich is awarded, the consumer begins to accrue credit toward their next free sandwich.

Redemption of Incentives

To redeem a free sandwich, the consumer presents the card to the cashier.

The cashier swipes the card, enters the security code and deducts the free sandwich.

LetarisCare does the rest: deducts the reward from the card and prints two receipts. One receipt is used to remind the consumer of the extra value in returning to NGI Deli and the second receipt is used as justification for the reduction in cash received.
